The origin of the Raftis Properties dates back to 1975 when Savvas Raftis Co Ltd was founded. It was one of the first land development companies in Cyprus. Raftis Properties being a subsidiary of Raftis Group, has inherited all the knowledge and experience from its predecessor, continuing the tradition of excellence that has been established decades ago.
